Nelson Reynolds

Managing Director

Mr Reynolds holds a BSc (Advanced)/BA degree from the University or Sydney with majors in Pharmacology and Microbiology. He has extensive experience in managing ASX listed companies including former directorships with Gulf Industrials and Bora Bora Resources as well as providing corporate advisory and equity capital market services to a large number of companies across a diverse array of sectors.

Andrew Johnstone

Non-executive Director

Mr Johnstone is the former Managing Director of ASX listed Central Australian Phosphate Limited taken over by Rum Jungle Resources Limited in 2013. Mr Johnstone has held senior management positions in a number of ASX listed companies including Discovery Metals and Gulf Industrials and was founding director of Alligator Energy. Mr Johnstone has a B.Sci (Hon) Economic Geology and Geophysics from the University of Tasmania and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Willem Ter Avest

Non-executive Director

Mr Ter Avest is an experienced professional with a background ranging from, trading, corporate finance and stockbroking, he has a post graduate diploma in corporate finance from the London Business School. In addition, Mr Ter Avest brings to the Board significant mergers and acquisitions and capital markets experience having worked on numerous domestic and cross border transactions throughout his career. Mr Ter Avest started his career as a trader for Bank of America in London before moving to Sydney, Australia, working for Veritas Securities Ltd.
